Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can help you understand yourself, your relationships, your struggles, and your coping mechanisms from a new perspective that offers healing, hope, and positive change. Individual counseling creates a space for you to discuss your unique struggles and provides you tools and support to navigate your pain or frustrations. Individual counseling can also help you identify personal growth areas and gain insight and skills that will help you become the best version of yourself.

At MendingMinds, we understand that every individual’s journey to mental health wellness is unique and that’s why we offer personalized treatment plans. Our dedicated and skilled counselors are licensed by the Kansas Behavioral Science Regulatory Board and are constantly honing their skills through ongoing training and certifications to provide the best possible care for you.

Group Therapy

Our group therapy provides a supportive environment for individuals to share experiences, learn coping skills, and gain perspective from others facing similar challenges. Group therapy offers a unique dynamic that differs from individual counseling. It brings together individuals facing similar challenges, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support. Participants benefit from diverse perspectives, gain insights into their own behaviors, and develop new coping strategies by observing and interacting with others. This communal approach not only alleviates feelings of isolation but also reinforces the understanding that personal struggles are shared by others, creating a foundation for empathy and connection.
